đź§¶ Canberra Treasures Market Day

As part of the Heritage Festival, the Canberra Treasures Market Day is on this Sunday by the Lake. Expect craft demonstrations from spinners and weavers, lacemakers, fibre basket weavers, woodworkers and knife forgers. There’ll also be natural dyeing activities, an archaeological dig, bouquet garni making, and plenty of unique hand-crafted goods for sale. Details here.


🪴 Bonsai Exhibition

As part of the National Bonsai Convention, the Canberra Bonsai Society is hosting a public exhibition featuring over 100 trees, pots and display stones. There’s also a vendor area with plants and bonsai gear for sale. Details here.


đź§µ Canberra Wool Expo

Held over two days at the Old Bus Depot, the Wool Expo celebrates all things wool with live demos, hand-spun and hand-dyed yarns, felted garments, and designer knitwear. Details here.


🇮🇳 AusIndia Fair

Indian and Australian culture come together at the AusIndia Fair—a day of street food, live music, performances, and stalls packed with Indian goods. Details here.

The Canberra Autumn Wedding Expo is on this Sunday at EPIC, with dozens of local wedding suppliers showcasing their services. Details here.


🏉 Raiders v Titans

The Raiders take on the Gold Coast Titans this Sunday at 4:05pm. After snatching golden-point victory last season, Jamal Fogarty will be looking to do it again against his old club. Details here.


🏆 Rugby Double Header

International rugby returns to GIO Stadium with a double-header—Wallaroos v USA followed by Brumbies v Reds. Kick-off from 4:55pm. Details here.


🎶 Capital Brewing Record Fair

Dig through the crates at Capital Brewing Co this Sunday during their record fair with My Vinyl Revolution. Details here.


Markets This Weekend in Canberra

Capital Region Farmers Market: Canberra's largest farmers market, with over 100 stalls offering fresh produce, including fruit and veg, baked goods, meat, seafood and more. It runs every Saturday morning at EPIC from 7am to 11:30am. Details here.

Little Burley Markets: Located on the edge of Lake Burley Griffin, The Little Burley Markets run every Saturday morning. They make a great stop on a walk around the lake. Details here.

Haig Park Village Markets: The markets are held in Haig Park every Sunday from 8am to 2pm. You'll find a mix of fresh produce, baked goods, handmade products and food and drink stalls. Details here.

The Old Bus Depot Markets: The OBDM run every Sunday on the Kingston Foreshore. Details here.

Southside Farmers Market: The Southside Farmers Market is held every Sunday morning at Canberra College in Phillip. Details here.

Jamison Trash and Treasure: Runs every Sunday in Belconnen. As well as pre-loved and vintage items, you'll find fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, honey, and plants. Details here.
