Around Canberra: 🌲 New Zipline Course
A new aerial zipline course has opened in Canberra. Treetops Adventure Park in Majura has added a new network of ziplines to complement the aerial adventure park. The standalone course features 12 ziplines ranging from 20 to 90 metres in length, reaching up to 12 metres off the ground. Details here.

Raiders Finals Tickets: The Raiders will be playing at home in the NRL finals. Tickets for week one go on sale next Monday. Raiders ticketed members will have the first opportunity to buy tickets from 10am, non-ticketed members from 3pm, and sales will open to the general public on Tuesday.
Licence Price Hike: Driver licence fees have increased, with the cost of a 10-year renewal rising from $439.80 to $486.80.
Population Growth: Published yesterday, the ACT Population Projections 2025–2065 report projects Canberra will be home to nearly 700,000 people by 2050. Compared with previous projections, Tuggeranong is now expected to grow rather than shrink. More.
