National Wine Festival: Canberra is set to host the inaugural National Wine Festival in June. The festival will feature three days of wine tastings, masterclasses, themed dinners, and special events, and will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the National Wine Awards. Details here.
Helm Wines Rare Riesling Weekend: This March, Helm Wines is once again hosting its annual Rare Riesling Weekend, where you can taste a selection of aged Rieslings from their museum collection. Details here.
The Italian Place Regional Dinner: The Italian Place in Braddon is bringing back its regional dinners, where they invite a local winemaker to talk about their wines, paired with delicious dishes from both well-known and not-so-well-known Italian regions. The first dinner features Carla Rodeghiero from Sapling Yard Wines. Her father, Maurizio, is from the Veneto region. Details here.
After Service: Hip hospo hosts After Service will be taking over Onzieme to serve up cocktails and snacks. "Come hang out" from 1pm to 10pm on February 23. Details here.
