The Canberra Choral Society: CCS launches its 2025 concert program with Dixit Dominus, featuring two exquisite and contrasting choral gems: George Frideric Handel's Dixit Dominus ("The Lord Said") and Arvo Pärt's Berliner Messe ("Berlin Mass"). Details here.

Capital Plein Air: For a week in April, artists will travel to the nation's capital to paint the autumn colours, learn from Australia's best artists, compete with peers for prizes, and sell their artwork to the public. Details here.

Blue-Green Algae: The National Capital Authority has advised that the East and Central basin of Lake Burley Griffin is closed to primary contact activities (swimming) due to "extreme levels of blue green algae", although I can't imagine many people are swimming at this time of year!
