New Eats: π½οΈ A French Bistro
Chris Lucas, who runs the popular Chin Chin restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney, is expanding his hospitality group with the opening of Carlotta, an Italian restaurant set to launch in the city on October 21. In addition, the group has announced plans to take over the space formerly occupied by the short-lived Botswana Butchery in Civic to open a French-style bistro, scheduled to debut in mid-2025.
