This Weekend: 💃 La Fiesta

Canberra's Latin American Festival La Fiesta is happening this Saturday in the city at the Latin American Plaza (near ANU). It will be a day of music, food, dance and art. Details here.

Here’s a little tidbit about the Latin American Plaza: keep an eye out for the Fenix 2, a replica of the capsule used to rescue 33 miners in Chile after a mining accident. This sculpture was gifted to Australia by the Chilean Government in 2011. More.
