The Socceroos will play an extra World Cup qualifying match in Australia after Lebanon was forced to move its home leg due to the conflict in the Middle East.
The Socceroos games will now be played at Canberra Stadium on March 26th. The Socceroos haven't played in Canberra since 2019. Tickets to the match will go on sale March 5th. More.
The Horticultural Society is hosting its Autumn Flower Show this Saturday and Sunday at EPIC. The show features a massive display of dahlias, roses, many other cut flowers, vegetables, fruit and some wonderful floral art. There will also be several vendors selling plants and bulbs. There are Enlighten events happening throughout the National Triangle until March 11. There is a free shuttle bus to help you get around the festival running every 30 minutes from 5pm. The shuttle stops at various stops around the National Triangle and in the city. There's a map here.
