The 2024 National Photographic Portrait Prize is currently on display at the National Portrait Gallery. Works from 34 emerging and established artists offer a visual snapshot of life in Australia over the past year. The exhibition opens today and runs until October.

Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment is now on at The Street Theatre. This is a taut, thrilling adaptation that compresses the novel into 90 minutes of theatre. It runs until the 7th of July. Details here.
The Canberra Raiders will be one of the four teams playing in the Las Vegas NRL opening round in 2025. The team should be popular in the city as Las Vegas is home to the Raiders NFL team.
The Raiders have also announced the signing of three former NSW under 19s Origin stars. Ethan Sanders, Myles Martin and Savelio Tamale will join the side for the 2025 season. More.
