From July 1, the ACT vehicle registration system will change from a weight-based registration fee to an emissions-based fee. Under the new system, low and no-emission vehicles will pay less and higher emission vehicles will pay more. The ACT Government has said they expect that 95% of light vehicles will pay the same or less relative to the old weight-based system. You can find out more here.
The A-League has confirmed there will be no Canberra Men's team for the next season. Canberra is still the preferred option for an expansion of the league to 14 teams, but we'll need to wait until the 2025/26 campaign. More.

Access Canberra Quiet Hour: Access Canberra will begin offering a "quiet hour" from 10 to 11am on Wednesdays to support Canberrans with neurodiversity.
Bruce Ridge Trail Upgrades: The 6.6km mountain biking Rossii Loop trail at Bruce Ridge has undergone a series of upgrades. The trail has been repaired and made safer.
