Canberra's largest industrial bakery will be closing after supplying bread to the region for decades. The Goodman Fielder bakery employs 47 people in Canberra and bakes products like Wonder White and Helga's bread. Production will be moving to the company's Western Sydney factory.

Three-time winner of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival's People's Choice Award, Urzila Carlson, will be coming to Canberra in August as part of her national tour. Details here.
