Ghost Trees is the next immersive audiovisual exhibition to take up residence in the NFSA Gallery. Step inside a 'digital memory' of an endangered forest that was created entirely using three-dimensional LIDAR scans. The exhibition opens tomorrow as part of National Science Week. Details here.

The ACT Government has launched a calculator tool to help make sure rent increases are fair and legal. The ACT is the only jurisdiction in Australia that has specific limits on rent increases. The limits are tied to the consumer price index and both tenants and landlords can use the calculator to ensure any increase is inline with the limits. You can see the tool here.
The Centre For A Better Canberra is hosting a conversation with urban microforests expert Edwina Robinson and former Clinton White House sustainable development advisor Molly Harriss Olson on transforming Canberra suburbs into carbon-neutral environments.
