🏑 Sport: Canberra Chill Through to Finals Decider
In hockey news, the Canberra Chill beat reigning champions NSW Pride 4-1 in the HockeyOne League semi-final. They will play the Brisbane Blaze today at the National Hockey Centre (Lyneham). The match will also be live on 7plus.
💊 News: Pill Testing Back At Spilt Milk
Pill testing was available on-site at an Australian music festival for the first time since 2019. Insurance concerns have prevented pill testing from operating at a festival until now. Groovin the Moo in Canberra was the first festival to trial pill testing in 2018.
🎅 On Today: Scandinavian Christmas Bazaar
The Scandinavian Christmas Bazaar is on today at Albert Hall from 11am to 4pm. There will be market stalls with gifts, homewares and food items as well live entertainment. Details here.

Canberra's Makers Markets is hosting their Christmas Markets at the Canberra Greyhound Racing Club. It's running from 9am to 2pm. Details here.

The Fyshwick Fresh Food Markets and Plonk are teaming up to host the Beer Day Out. There will be free samples from local and regional brewers ass well as pop-up food vendors and live music. Details here.
📸 New Exhibition at the National Archives
A new exhibition - Focus: Australian government photographers, is running at the National Archives (Parkes) until June 2024. Between 1939 and 1996, dozens of photographers were employed by government agencies to capture Australian life. This exhibition delves into the lives and work of these photographers. Details here.
