News:🔨 Property Developer Licensing Laws
Proposed new laws in the ACT will require property developers to hold a licence and pay for repairs if there are issues with their buildings. Developers who do the wrong thing can have their licence revoked if they don’t rectify issues.
The Developer Licensing Bill will be debated in the first half of 2024, with a transition period to follow before the licences will be required. More.

Former Canberra Raider Luke Bateman is starring on Channel Ten’s The Bachelors. He is one of three Bachelors competing against each other to find a special connection. Bateman played for the Raiders between 2015 and 2020 and featured in 71 matches. More.
