News: Woman Found Dead at Zoo
A tragic incident occurred at the National Zoo and Aquarium, where a woman was found deceased with apparent stab wounds. A man, reportedly a coworker of the victim, has been taken into custody. He was transported to Canberra Hospital under police guard.

💵 Two Canberrans Win Nearly $1 Million Each in Lottery
Two Canberrans have both won nearly $1 million dollars each from Saturday’s Lotto draw. One of the winners, a Wanniassa woman, purchased her ticket from Erindale Newsagents. The other winning ticket was purchased online.
🥪 New Eats: Al’s Deli and Diner
There is a new New York style sandwich shop in the City. Al’s Deli & Diner is located on the corner of Alinga Street and East Row, and serves sandwiches, Redbrick coffee and an ever-changing selection of specials. It’s open Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm. Details.
