What is this page?

This page shares details of an event which was posted on Facebook, sent to me via email, or where the organisation doesn’t have a website.

Many Canberra Digest readers are cutting down on social media. Because some events live only on Facebook and other walled gardens ☹️, people can’t always view the details without an account. When possible, I publish the key info here so it’s accessible to everyone ☺️.

You can still click through to the original event page, when available, if you prefer to use that platform.

P.S. If you have an event coming up and would like a page like this to share with others, just email me the details and I’ll put it online.

Tricks and Train Paws Party

June 29, 11am-1pm

Haig Park is going full circus, and dogs are taking centre stage. Think colourful decorations, fun vibes, and a day packed with tricks, treats, and tail wags.

A professional dog trainer will be on hand to teach fun tricks—whether your pup's just starting out or already a show-off, all skill levels are welcome!

There'll be treats, live music, and a stage to snap a photo with your four-legged star.
Plus, don't miss the Haig Park Village Markets happening at the same time!

Get ready for a playful day out in the park!
